Zane State receives grant for cybersecurity programs – Zanesville Times Recorder

ZANESVILLE — Zane State College recently received a $350,000 grant from the National Science Foundation to expand and enhance its cybersecurity training programs.

This will prepare learners for careers in cybersecurity, cyber management, cyber analytics and cyber networking.

Zane State currently offers coursework in cybersecurity and cyber networking, all designed to align with industry standards and certifications.

The demand for qualified cybersecurity professionals continues to rise as businesses increasingly seek to protect their data and ensure customer privacy, said Marcie Moore, dean of business, engineering and IT.
