Westcon-Comstor has extended its deal with Check Point Software to distribute the vendor’s software via Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) Marketplace.
The agreement covers Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), extending the global distribution deal Westcon secured with Checkpoint in November 2023.
It allows Westcon to privately list Check Point’s cybersecurity software products in AWS Marketplace.
Westcon said the collaboration allows partners to benefit from the accelerated transaction times, expanded deal sizes, higher win rates and shortened sales cycles enabled by AWS Marketplace.

Under the new agreement, Westcon-Comstor becomes the first and only distributor outside the US to privately list Check Point’s cybersecurity software solutions in AWS Marketplace.

Check Point is the latest vendor to be onboarded on to Westcon-Comstor’s AWS Marketplace program, following the signing of the distributor’s designated seller of record agreement with AWS.
