What do you like best about the product?
Skyhigh Security Service Edge is simple, no complication, easy to use, intuitive, I really like the way to configure it, you can do it in a couple of minutes, it is also a great complement to other security tools in the market. Esay to implement and integrate with other tools like SIEM and Active Directory. I use Skyhigh Security Service Edge in my daily basis and its custumer support is ok for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, I would say that Skyhigh Security Service Edge lacks reports, sometimes business units need different types of reports and Skyhigh Security Service Edge only has a couple of useless reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems that Skyhigh Security Service Edge helps us solve has to do with web filtering and cloud security compliance, now the end user can be safe from a variety of threats on the Internet.
