In a joint press conference on Sunday, U.S. Secret Service and local Milwaukee authorities confirmed that the security plans laid out over the last year will hold for the upcoming 2024 Republican National Convention. Former President Donald Trump was shot in the ear mid-rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday, two others were injured, and one man killed.
Trump arrived in Milwaukee Sunday evening, and will be in attendance for the 4-day convention this week.
