Cloud & Cyber Security Expo Frankfurt 2024 has announced its partnership with the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), offering Certified Professional Education (CPE) credits to attendees for the first time.

The credits are recognised globally in the cybersecurity field to support ongoing professional development and can be earned by attending conference sessions at the show on the 22 and 23 May at Messe, Frankfurt.

ISC2 is a globally recognised organisation dedicated to advancing cybersecurity. As an official ISC2 CPE submitter, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo Frankfurt 2024 aims to support members in their professional development.

CPE credits serve as a standardised measure for tech industry professionals to quantify and recognise continuous learning efforts. They reward commitment to staying current in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity, enhancing the credibility and marketability of attendees.

How to Earn CPE Credits

Upon attending the event, members will have the chance to earn CPE credits, with double credits awarded to those who attend both days.

Throughout the event, attendees can obtain CPE credits by engaging with Cloud & Cyber Security Expo’s conference programme, featuring sessions curated by industry pioneers. By participating in these talks and ensuring their badge is scanned by theatre attendants, participants can earn 1 CPE credit per session attended.

Cloud & Cyber Security Expo will feature a diverse lineup of speakers, each offering unique insights into critical cybersecurity issues.

Sessions include Tribe Lead Cyber Defence and Operations at The HEINEKEN Company, Marina Marceta, who will explore advanced analytics and generative AI in cybersecurity; Vehicle Cyber Ops Lead at Jaguar Land Rover UK, Jon Gray, who will discuss the cybersecurity challenges specific to the automotive industry; and Security Solutions Architect at IBM, Justus Reich, who will provide expertise on navigating cybersecurity in an AI-driven landscape.

These sessions intend to inform attendees on a wide range of topics, from securing software to safeguarding connected vehicles and leveraging AI for enhanced cybersecurity measures.
