Fast Track, a CRM platform tailored for the iGaming industry, has obtained SOC 2 (System and Organisation Controls 2) accreditation. This certification reportedly highlights the company’s adherence to high standardisations in data security, operations and customer trust.

SOC 2 is an internationally recognised standard that evaluates the management and protection of customer data. The accreditation process involved an assessment of Fast Track’s systems and controls, ensuring it met stringent criteria across various trust principles, including security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.

Simon Lidzén, Fast Track Co-Founder and CEO, stated: “As we continue to grow and innovate, ensuring the security and integrity of our partners’ data remains a top priority. Achieving SOC 2 certification assures our customers that their data is in safe hands.”

Earlier this month, Fast Track announced a partnership with Playstar Casino in the US market. Playstar, an online casino licensed in New Jersey, plans to use Fast Track’s AI, machine learning and real-time data insights to enhance player engagement and streamline operations.

In addition, Fast Track recently partnered with Altenar to integrate its technologies with Altenar’s Player Account Management tools. This integration aims to enhance player engagement and improve the overall customer experience.
