BOCA RATON, Fla. – Security integrator and commercial security, fire and life safety solutions provider Everon, also known as ADT Commercial LLC, has opened the Everon Innovation and Operations center – known as the iO – in the Dallas area.

The iO is “designed to be a hub of learning, innovation, and industry-leading collaboration and is home to the company’s dedicated monitoring and customer operations center, groundbreaking Innovation Lab, and Solutions Showcase demo area,” according to the company announcement.

The spaces in the iO “demonstrate over a decade of commitment to commercial security, fire, life safety and service excellence,” the announcement says. The on-site Solutions Showcase on features more than 15 manufacturer partner technologies on display “to exhibit the comprehensiveness of Everon’s solutions portfolio.”

Customers and prospects can engage with live, in-depth demos of Everon’s core product offerings, from access control, video solutions, and analytics, to fire and sprinkler technologies, emergency communication systems, weapons detection and more.

“The whole purpose of the iO has been to offer a space for customers and industry professionals to directly interact with our vision as a leading commercial integrator,” says Dan Bresingham, chief executive officer of Everon, in the company announcement.

“The Solutions Showcase takes that vision to the next level,” he says. “Customers can see exactly how these solutions are designed to work for them, and know that Everon is here to make sure they have access to the best technologies and service in the industry.”

Why Everon Opened The iO

The Everon Innovation Lab housed at the iO fosters “collaboration between innovation partners, engineers, and project managers to put cutting-edge technologies to the test and help advance commercial security solutions beyond current offerings,” the company announcement says.

“Bringing together the Innovation Lab and our monitoring and customer operations center in one location shows how we come through for our customers in every aspect of their security program,” says Bresingham in the Everon announcement.

“They can rely on us to be that one ideal partner now and when they need us most,” he says. “At the same time, they know we’re committed to staying ahead of the curve and thinking about how we can meet their needs as they evolve well into the future.”

A central site for customer summits and tours, industry events, immersive demos, and trainings, the iO also houses Everon’s 24/7/365 primary monitoring center – including video monitoring – supporting commercial customers of all sizes, ranging from complex commercial enterprise organizations to multi-site National Accounts. Visitors also have a chance to engage with the organization’s centralized customer support functions, including the Customer Care teams and Customer Technical and Service Support.

“Ultimately, the iO is like walking through what makes Everon tick. It’s a symbol of everything we stand for,” Bresingham continued. “Our commitment to service excellence, our drive to innovate, our dedication to our customers is all on display here.”
