Adlumin has been a great MDR partner to our institution.
What do you like best about the product?
Software has been managable with a smaller security staff. Have received excellent support from their team when it’s been needed. They also have added several new features to their software at no additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticketing portal is a bit lackluster, however this is being moved into the portal. Licensing sku’s aren’t always up to date with resellers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adlumin provides us with monitoring software and SOC support for a smaller institution with limited security staff.
